 What is the most easy renovation you can do at home? In addition to replacing movable objects like furniture and decoration the most effective way to add character to any room is wallpaper. I hate boring interiors. And I am convinced that it is not expensive furniture that makes rooms look and feel stylish. Sometimes it is enough to add one interesting design item to completely change the look of a room. Or two :) - like in this one below:

But what is most important - select pieces that reflect how you live, what you value, and the atmosphere you wish to create. And combine them tastefully - a showcase of your favorite collections could be a great way to create this stylish loook, even in the kitchen/dining room:

“Cluttercore” Trend

seems to be the new popular trend in interior design or decoration. How does that sound to you? For me it is quite near what appears to be my personal style at home. 

According to ELLE Decor "Cluttercore" means to make your apartment look strategically cluttered rather than carelessly messy:

This is a functional style that is created by tasteful arrangement of what you own and love through thematic or visual relationships and layering with some order in the chaos.

Maison&Objet - the usual "Joie de vivre"

Maison&Objet is different from the other design events all over the world exactly with that - it is always about the famous French exuberant enjoyment of life. And it is mainly about decoration!

Desire for comfort

That is the new color of the year 2025, chosen by Pantone and everybody talks about it:

It is probably one of the most used colors and one of the most popular ones. If you are not sure how to use colors, then beige is safe one to use ;) Still, it is soft and really beautiful and most important - it answers to our desire for comfort. Probably everybody likes it. Famous fashion houses use it as a symbol of luxury, people who fear from bright colors wear beige, which, for me, is better that black :)

So, I finally agree with Pantone's choice. In so many stressful years it is obvious that we all need that feeling of comfort.

As for interior design - this is great color, effortless to use and match. You can definitely have your home oasis of comfort and luxe in Mocha Mousse. Get some inspiration:

As you can see - this is also like some natural stone and wood colors, too, but beware of being boring.. It is easy with too much beige.
