Salone Del Mobile 2022 - Artistic Trend

It seems that Art-Design is a very distinct trend for the coming 60th Salone del Mobile which starts in less that two weeks. Art-deco influences and baroque adornments are often found in many of the new designs that we are going to see in Milan from June 7th during Milan Design Week 2022. A few examples:

Memories from the 56th Salone del Mobile - contemporary luxury

The first post I am writing after visiting Milan is about contemporary luxury - I am pleased to find that the concept of contemporary luxury is based on good design, quality materials and comfort. Elegant curves, luxurious quality materials and well-thought design create the impression of a desire for a more restrained style that is based on elegant classic forms, away from minimalism, but also without useless decorations.A lot of natural wood, natural stones, velvets and leather:
