It appears to be the new fashion in interior design: home furnishings begin to change their attire according to the mood of their owner:

But it was Marcel Wanders who introduced this fashion in home furniture with the Moooi Boutique concept shown for the 1st time at Milan Firniture Fair 2006 and launched this January - ‘naked’ Moooi sofa system that one playfully dresses (and undresses) with 20 sofa outfits, unique designs custom-made for Moooi
