Bamboo bending for creating artisanal furniture

This is a perfect piece of furniture that has also sculptural qualities:

It is just one of the resulting products of the program A new layer led by the national taiwan craft research and development institute (NTCRI), which seeks to foster new relationships between taiwanese and international designers.

But according to me - the most beautiful one, which at the same time is probably quite comfortable and functional, too :) - what do you think?
